SERVICES

While every school and program is bound to be different, the process of becoming ready to be and stay accredited has a few key steps.  We consult with schools and programs to best understand their particular circumstances and needs.  We assess the status and needs of each client against the CMTCA accreditation standards so that we can provide insightful and accurate guidance, ensuring that the planning completed with each team is timely, efficient, relevant and cost effective.  Through a combination of facilitation and high level project management, we bring clients to the point of submitting an application for preliminary accreditation to completing a site visit to maintain full accreditation. 

Consultation

Initial consultation occurs over the phone and takes about an hour.  Our focused discussion will include extensive Q&A that informs the draft proposal We'll create detailing what you need, what we think can be done, what we'll do, how long it'll take, how much services cost and all expected outcomes.  This informative process is free.

Planning

​​

Once we've agreed on the scope of work and outcomes, we identify and engage a team in establishing a plan and schedule that works to develop expertise, ownership and excellence within the organization.  Having a plan and people to champion it within the organization is key to embedding a culture of quality improvement.

Facilitation

​​

This is where we shine together, and make sure that everyone one involved knows how to shine too.  In short, we facilitate the entire process of becoming ready to obtain and maintain accreditation.  This includes facilitated small to large group education sessions, project management, team review, reflection, analysis, mock tracers and performance evaluations.

Results

So what does all of this consultation, planning and facilitation actually do?

It gets results. 

We provide an in depth review of applications for preliminary accreditation and evaluate readiness for site visits.  Our aim is to ensure that clients are confident in their ability to meet and exceed  accreditation standards.
